SSSSSSSS it's the Slithering Snake!
The SSS sound Ling Toy was the trickiest for us!
It seemed like every snake toy was either huge, made noise, or was not baby-safe.

Handmade Snake
After a long search, I decided to make my own! This is our sneaky snake from our Ling Toy set!
I made it using:
- Felt
- Ribbons,
- Needle and thread, and
- A flat teether inside the snake's head
We do love our snake, and the handmade aspect is special, but this took some time!

Caterpillar Repurposed
Another option is to use the mini doll from the Very Hungry Caterpillar box set.
Strategically snipping off the felt feet and antennae would result in a pretty convincing snake!
We've only seen the mini doll sold with the book, but the book is a classic!
