What's In Our Baby's Hearing Aid Supply Box?
We put together a box of go-to supplies for the daily maintenance of our daughter's hearing aids
When our daughter got her hearing aids through Early Intervention, we received lots of supplies in her Phonak Pediatric Care Kit. It comes in a carrying case, which will be great for travel!
But when we're at home, we like to keep a supply box ready for her nightly maintenance routine.
Once we settled into a routine, we realized this supply box would be a big fixture in our lives.
It would be the go-to location for maintaining the magical technology that helps our daughter hear the world around her.
Our daughter's hearing aid supply box is a special object in our home—a beautiful & practical object that celebrates her hearing journey!

Square Cypress Box
We chose a square cypress tray from Japan for our hearing aid box.
It's a smooth and light wood with a "pleasant woody aroma"—usually used for serving delicious Japanese delicacies like Chirashi Sushi.
This one from MTC Kitchen is great!
It has shallow sides and is just wide enough to hold key supplies without taking up too much surface area.
We like to keep it on our bedroom dresser, and carry it to the kitchen counter to clean and store our daughter's hearing aids.
Drying Beaker
We use Phonak's drying beaker and C&C dry-caps to remove moisture at night.
Extra Batteries
We keep one or two packs of extra batteries in the box so they're ready to change out 2x/week.
C&C Wipes
We keep a handful of these wipes in the box for nightly use.
As our daughter gets older, we suspect we'll be using them more often!
Air Blower
Phonak's air puffer fits nicely into the box and is ready at a moment's notice.
Tools
We received a tiny bag of hearing aid tools with our daughter's hearing aids.
We're still looking for a case/organizer to store them.
Listening Tube
We keep a coiled-up listening tube in the box, so testing her hearing aids is a breeze.
